Dr. Juan Carlos Galdo
Juan Carlos Galdo holds a Ph.D. in Spanish from the University of Colorado at Boulder (2003). His interests include contemporary Latin American literature and literary theory. He is the author of Alegoría y nación en la novela peruana del siglo XX (Lima: Instituto de Estudios Peruanos, 2008). He has been a contributor to the Encyclopedia of Latin American History and Culture, 2nd Edition. (New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 2008). His other publications include articles in Revista Iberoamericana, Revista de Crítica Literaria Latinoamericana, Chasqui, The Colorado Review of Hispanic Studies, Romance Review, Lexis, among other journals.
